To reach also offline audiences, MINOB developed a travelling exhibition format, presenting a multilingual session of selected case studies to the visitors of events related with climate action and environmental issues.
Selected from over 200 case studies on social and environmental non-compliance of extractive raw material projects in Portugal and Spain, the focus is on highlighting especially projects that have gained momentum with the energy transition and the recent European boom in critical raw material projects for metals such as copper, tungsten or lithium.
The cases so far presented are as follows:
Presentations in 2023: Covas do Barroso (Portugal) in August 2023, Alconchel (Spain) in October 2024. The next exhibition will be in April 2024 in Boticas (Portugal).
